Smash Dan tests bonus is broken

The dan test for smash has a bonus which resets the cooldown of smash... except smash doesnt have a cooldown to be reset, it does, but its so short that it finishes before the skills animation is finished, and as anyone who has ever used smash at all knows, even though the cooldown finishes before the end of the animation, you cannot load another smash until that animation finishes, windmill has the exact same bonus, which is already nearly useless as it is for windmill, but at least with that skill the cooldown is long enough that it getting a reset actually means you get to use the skill again 2 seconds sooner then otherwise, with smash resetting the cooldown means you get to use ur next smash exactly when you would have gotten to use it without the reset, if you arent going to fix this so smash has a bonus that can actually be used at all, then remove it so I dont have to get a message shoved in my face constantly while im trying to watch for multi aggro (which shouldnt even be a thing in a smash test, you cant use smash at all with 5 enemies on u at once)
