Redownloading the Game on Startup

Why in the holy mother of Lymilark ois the game REDOWNLOADING itself fromt he launcher? The ENTIRELY of it's content?
The files are here, and they exist, you cretins.
Stop making me do this everytime I restart my computer.
This is reason 1 why the launcher sucks. It can't figure out that you already have the damn game.
