What is the issue?
When talking to a Male Cylinder Spirit with the [Windmill Skill] keyword, he mentions "It strikes enemies around you at the cost of your own HP."
Why is this an issue?
Since the Windmill skill was changed a long while back, it no longer costs any HP to use the skill.
The Male Cylinder Spirit's response to this keyword still refers to the old effect of the skill.
What do you expect to happen instead?
The spirit's response to the [Windmill Skill] keyword should be altered or updated so that he doesn't refer to Windmill having an HP cost.
