With his workshop completely filled with troublemakers, Ol' Saint Nick is going to have his hands full this holiday season. How will his presents be ready in time with elves and reindeer running amok in the workplace?

Holiday Hide & Seek Event

Event Dates: Wednesday, December 20 - Wednesday, January 3

Event Details

The mission is simple: race fellow Milletians and chase down as many pesky Christmas critters as you can, with nothing to aid you but a toy hammer and your authority as a Claus. Talk to Caravan Joe about how you can help save Christmas.

  • Three players will enter the event as Santa Claus RP Characters wielding massive toy hammers.
  • Bash furniture and boxes in the workshop to earn points and reveal hidden Elves, Humbuggers, and Reindeer.
  • They'll make for the hills when they see you, but you can run them down and smash em for even more points.
  • The “Stop Right There” command may be used to temporarily stun enemies.
  • Achieving five combos will grant you a special advantage.
  • Can be completed 5 times daily (resets at 7am PST), or use a “Final Hide-and-Seek Entry Pass” to enter a 6th time!(Final Hide-and-Seek Entry Pass is received by the daily quest)

Say What? So Females can get and wear a Santa hat but males cant? So sexist!

@Katherz why can only females wear the santa hat

like the male outfit looks better than the female but its kinda harsh to make the classic santa hat female only.

A gender neutral santa hat exists in game already why not just re-release that one

Is the hide and seek entry pass a daily item? Without it you can only get second or third place up to 5 times to get the champion title. With such strict limitations I suspect people are going to exploit for the title.

Getting the Hide-and-Seek Champion 2nd Title Coupon is going to be extremely hard with the amount of time we have for this event, isn't it?
Maybe that's the point but, 15 days total for this event, and a max 6 plays per day makes it a total of 90 plays available overall, I believe. You have to win first on 70 of those plays to get that title. Like Pip-Boy said, it's very strict. Even if we can do it 6 times a day instead of 5 like Pip-Boy was mentioning, that's near impossible to guarantee you can win first 70 times with random people as your opponents.. I'm sure that title will probably be very pricey to buy from other players because of this (if anyone even has it for sale). RIP.

I can't seem to get anything other than third place and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm doing everything everyone else is doing but they're getting more points faster. I know the furniture has some RNG to it but this is ridiculous, I've lost every single one by a landslide. The presents reveal a hidden person in three hits every time. So is everyone going after furniture and relying on RNG?

you can actually enter more then 6 times a day if you have more then one 6th entry pass in your inventory. so don't worry about saving your passes for a while. this event is very interesting and fun. the only annoying thing about this event is the movement controls are just horrible but understandable since it is a event from 2013 originally.

What i hate most about this event is the darn weird camera angles. So freaking annoying... Also, all i get is dumb potions and gems from event boxes.

When you get stuck, and try to move but then get kicked for idling while in first place...I don't know what to say about this game anymore.

Or when you literally move halfway across the room then poof, youre back where you started, or when you get froze in the middle of the room without actually hitting anything at all... or when other players seem to teleport in front of you...

Ohhh and REQUIRING you to get 1st place when someone else only has to PARTICIPATE to get a free entry.

If you smack the christmas trees that spawn you'll instantly "find" two characters under it garnering double the points. There are a limited amount of these in each stage so grabbing them all may not be sportsman-like but it'll get you points faster. The wire reindeer are a 50/50 of one-hit finds and traps. The boxes typically take 3 hits. The stockings and bags of presents take a variable amount.

Overall this event has become decreasingly fun for me as the rng loot box just spits out gems and crummy potions. I'm after bonus points and titles now basically

Don't know all the titles yet, but yesterday i got a new title for getting 3rd place 10 times (yes, i know i suck lol).

    Effect.

Title name and sadly no stats.

I assume that all the titles are purely cosmetic from this event. So not a big loss unless you are a die-hard fashionogi.

    Op sparkles.

Welp I guess I better get that title so I can combine the effect with the top tiered altruist effect for s**** and giggles.

I've heard from someone that the titles that come from boxes give stats, but not sure if that's right
