Baltane Unit Command Level
How in hoohaain' blazes do you raise your command level? Shuan doesn't tell you and there's no info on the wiki either.

Send your squires on missions.
Some missions offer "Command Exp" that can raise your Command level should you accrue enough Command Exp.
General rule is that only 1 day (Erinn Time) missions (36 minutes in real time) and 9 day Missions (Erinn Time) (5 hours 24 minutes in real time) will offer command exp,training points, and seals, whereas 4 days (Erinn Time) (2 hours 24 minutes in real time) and 18 days (Erinn Time) (10 hours 48 minutes real time) will give you normal experience, gold, and seals.
The only exception I know of is the Medal Missions, which requires a highly trained Squire at Level 5 affection, with 90% of the affection bar held (450 requirement in all categories) which is 18 days (Erinn Time), but gives a whopping 1k command experience.
