As far as I'm aware, the 11:42 AM PST White Dragon Spawn
on channel 2, Alexina server, spawned two White Dragons. It is also possible that a previous White Dragon spawn failed to despawn, but I have no evidence for or against that.
I've taken two screenshots: one simply of the White Dragons, and one with the quest log, with two Field Quests, and proof of channel, with channel 2 highlighted and the changing error of "Currently logged channel."

I'm not sure how to re-create the issue, since I wasn't there for the White Dragon spawning, but it is most likely either:
1. Have a White Dragon fail to despawn, then spawn another.
2. Spawn two White Dragons at once.
I don't know how this works, but that's the best I can do in terms of re-creating the issue.
What's supposed to happen, based on my two theories:
1. White Dragon despawns correctly, and the next White Dragon spawns one Dragon and Field Quest.
2. White Dragon spawns one Dragon and Field Quest.
Edit: One of the White Dragons despawned at 12:33 PM PST. It's seems more likely that the remaining Dragon failed to despawn from before.
