Festia Roulette Coin & Machine problem?
I received a Festia Roulette coin from the card reading NPC. I didn't know what I was supposed to do with it at first but after a short search I found out there's a Roulette Machine of sorts between Fez (Or was it Tia?) and the Souvenir Merchant. However I can't even use it, even the cursor didn't change and stayed it's triangular form. Is the problem on my side? Or is it safe to assume that this feature is, how do I say this......Dead in a way? 030
