Crashing while waiting to put in 2nd pass

Is there a way to fix this issue because as i wait for mabi to load for me to type in the 2nd password it keeps crashing and im not able to play the game at all any suggestions?

    Ok now it has gotten to where i was about to RB my character and the game still crashed
