    Its an exp item for hs it gives like 500 exp per use.

    How does it work though? Does it make an item that gives the HS 500 exp every day? Is it just 1 time use?

    It doesn't make an item in your HS. You simple right click the item, hit use and then it gives 500 HS exp. It is a one time use item.
