Tarlac is missing?!

Can someone pls help me. I cant find tarlac. I want to get a spirit weapon and just noticed no one is there!!?

    Well, that depends on where your at with your mainstream quests. You may be at a point where in order for him to reappear you might need to do a quest. If you've done all your mainstream quests then he will be at the house in the woods north west of Tailtean (just north of the Tailtean gate near the stonehenge).
