Regarding "Mabinogi is still running" on Steam
Sometimes when you try to launch the game after running it earlier steam will tell you the game is still running.
I recently learned that to fix this you just need to open task manager and look for Internet Explorer in the task processes.
I'm assuming that the whole reason mabi doesn't fully close is because it opens that "Would you recommend this game?" window.
It's always opened with Internet explorer for me but doesn't always show up when i close the game.
Anyway, Its most likely this is whats preventing mabi to close. Otherwise just go and end task on the steam bootstrapper client or w/e its called.
