Broken Puppetry Tutorial Cutscene

Whenever I do the Puppetry Tutorial quest on a character, the first cutscene is broken. The very first one during "Puppetry [The Puppeteer]" only shows you a bridge with nothing on it while a dialogue goes on between unseen NPCs. Kinda funny for a veteran but probably very confusing for any new players.

None of the other cutscenes in the Puppetry questline appeared to have any bugs.
