No Timer for the New Raids?

I'm looking at the weird cluttered interface which intrudes upon you upon loging in. There's a list of raids which appears on time.

The new raids doesn't seem to be listed?

    there not set times

    from what iv read they spawn every 2 hours on the hour from monday-thursday and every 4 hours from friday-sunday
