You got those quests by fishing up their respective quest scrolls. Discard the scrolls, and the quest should disappear.

Just drop em, they're not worth doing for the most part.
The Fomor Scroll quests give more gold than their quest board counterparts, but not much.

To actually answer your question... You get +10 Dexterity and +20 Max Stamina. The coupon is not tradeable though, even in your bank.
Just as shoddy as the Farmer first title with +10 strength and +20 HP max HP, then. I'd expect them to all follow that pattern, then, I guess?

It's a shame really. I can't stand gender locks in games. It ruined TERA for me, it ruined vindictus for me as well, and even to an extend BDO but that game is awful anyway.
