what the hell is going on.....
I have been playing mabi for a long time and so I have made a few accounts and I'm sure we all have that have been playing a while. Despite me writing down every login and password suddenly Nexon is now straight up lying and saying my passwords are incorrect even though I'm looking right at them. So what is it Nexon are we deleting accounts now? and just passing it off as the player's mistakes? Let's talk about Nexon's customer service. More like what customer service. The live chat with customer service what a joke that was all they ever did was recommend switching viewers for every problem.
Now for the Nexon website, you can't buy anything off of it anymore. what I have been buying in recent is through the in-game store option.
Nexon if you have made changes then tell us if not FIX IT

Are you using your old username or your email addresses?
Live chat customer service is convenient, but if you've ever used live chat services for any other company, you should know not to rely on it.
And pretty sure that you can make purchases on the website, you may have a browser problem.
