Rena's Weapon Rental Coupon stuck in inventory

I just came back recently and found that I still had a useless weapon rental coupon, but I found out the npc that i'm supposed to give it to is not around anymore! Due to this I now have this coupon permanently stuck in my inventory because it is undroppable and untradeable.
