According to the wiki, to get Raging Spike I need to get the quest from making a Special Unit. However I already had a unit pre-Chainslasher being added with just Kanna in it. The other method mentioned for the skill in Unlearned, getting r 3 Dorcha Mastery and r1 Chain Mastery, didn't work either.
How do I get this quest for this skill now?
