"Product is currently in use"
When I want to press play on the Mabinogi launcher, the button is grayed out and it pops up saying: 'error, this product is currently in use' - I'm not signed in anywhere else and I've verified my email. I've tried repair installations, but it said 'already downloading'. I've deleted the launcher and re-installed it, but that doesn't work either. S.O.S - it won't let me play Mabinogi! How do I fix this?

This means that there is a process currently running at that time (check task manager and you will find something for mabi still running). This happens sometimes when the game crashes and fails to stop all its processes. Stopping the offending process(s) should clear up the problem. Unless it was something on your PC that caused (or is causing) the crash. You may need to find what is causing it if this is the case so you don't need to constantly manually stop errant processes.
