    CHEEESE!

    That's cheesy

CHEESE CHEESE CHEESE! I want some.

I think people call this quiche or whatever.

I didn't know that. I was just trying to make an egg pie.

I was going to post some recipes for 2 weeks, but keep forgetting.
Maybe I'll get to it this week. Maybe...

It was difficult to maintain a circle shape due to the egg leaking everywhere.

But it manifested itself quite well after a trip to the oven.

The crust tasted too eggy, but the topping overwhelmed it.

    Interesting concept.

    Everything to replace carbo food.

Now I got ahold of some coconut flour, so maybe it'll help.

New attempt. It now looks, feels and taste better and more balanced.
Burnt a bit of the side, but that's just how it is with thin crust pizzas. Can't make it even.

So tried making another and smaller portion of. Pie, thingie I don't know. Look at this cute little portion.

And then I forgot to add cheese into the mixture so the insides is now egg and flour soup.

I mean, it's not bad, I guess. A new experience.

Not bad. It should get better the more you hone your skill on it.

How about breakfast? Helsa's Oo la la Oatmeal (keeps you regular)

    2 cups of water
    1 cup whole-grain Oatmeal
1 cup of cobbled blueberries and walnuts

Cook on high, stirring, until you start getting oatmeal sticking to the pan. Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup of two-parts sugar with one-part Cinnamon.

Then either eat or wait five minutes and pour into your shorts; your choice.

I personally would substitute water with milk (dairy or vegan) and sugar with honey.

To each their own. I find simpler is better with recipes.

Yes, simpler is better with recipes, although actual cooking, it will be based off your own taste and knowledge.

Don't forget budget. Putting in extraneous ingredients, merely to superficially impress, comes with a cost, both literally and figuratively.

True. In the end, you can use simple cost-efficient ingredients and still cook something grand out of it.
