I was doing the Generation 1 and 2, then I saw that the NPC Lassar is not where she should be. Any help?

Probably another quest involving Lassar has her somewhere else.
I can't think of every quest that would move Lassar, but I know that one of the Divine Knights quests moves Lassar to the snowfields of Sidhe Sneachta.
You could try there, or look in your quest log to check if any other quest would be conflicting.
