I can't log onto my original account!

I can't log into my original account I didn't change the password and I can't log onto my old email that I made when I was around 5 to reset my password. It says that I have to mention the name of my eldest son, I don't remember what I typed in at the time. Now I have to use a new one. My characters were Tigerflash, and Dhuntah. How can I get my original account back? It keeps saying that I have the wrong password.

    If you check the email of my account and the email of the characters I mentioned they have very similar names, they both belong to me.

    Reset it again and ask for a new password from the website?
