Can't use Hotkeys F1-F12.

I have an HP Omen Laptop and it has the 'FN' (Function Key) for F1-F12... When I try to use these hotkeys in Mabi I have to hold the 'FN' key down in order to use the skills. Is there a way I can disable that without going into bios? I've never had this issue until I got this laptop. All solutions will be appreciated! ♥
