Blaanid quest

Am I literally the only one who can’t figure out the “Talk to Blaanid in Dunbarton while holding a check” part of the quest? Ive been a stuck in it for a while now with no idea on how to clear it

    you have to withdraw a check from bank then with that check in your inv, you talk to Blaanid.
