Completed G2 still no transformation skill

I played the game about 5 years ago and recently recovered my account a few days ago. Craig in Emain Macha says that I completed G2 already but I still have have no transformation skill. The weird cat doesn't give me options to skip G1 or to skip G3. Please help, my in-game character name is bloodylegend.

    If you truly have completed all of them and don't have it you will need to submit a support ticket here.

    If you completed g2 then you already completed or skipped g1 so it wouldn't be available to skip now.

    Also, you now need to speak to Duncan about storyline change in order to skip gens. Speaking to the strange cat for gen skipping was removed a long time ago.
