After around 20 or so runs of SCC with Ingredient Hunting R4, I have found 1 Fine Leather. It doesn't help that the Auction House, Kiosks, and Personal Shops don't have it. I'm just wanting to build the Homestead house and this has been the most time consuming part by far. I'd offer to pay, but I'm not quite sure on how much 9 are worth and if I even have that much.
