Problems with hebona firebolt/icebolt.
So this is regarding the Hebona fire/icebolt set effect. There are a few things wrong with it. The first one and most noticeable one the description. It says on the enhancement description firebolt enchantment and icebolt enhancement. Once you get 10 points you get the effect this is specifically saying firebolt and icebolt enhancement. Now the second part to this very well matches part one. In game the effect is applied to your mastery's so that means fire mastery and ice mastery. That proves that the description was incorrect the effect does not apply to icebolt nor firebolt the effect applies to your mastery's. Now for the effect and how it is applied in game.If you have rank 1 for both mastery's that means you get a grand total of 2.25% enhancement for fire and ice which in this case makes it rather unpractical. (15% for r1 fire/ice mastery)x15% = 2.25% added bonus from set effect. Now a solution to this is to actually fix the actual formula where it follows the description of the set effect. Enhancing fire/iceolbt by 15% which should be the correct thing for the hebona icebolt firebolt set.
