[Announcement] Reforging Tool Compensation
Hello Milletians,
With the March 14th patch, we announced that a number of issues affecting some Reforging Tools and attributes on some items have been fixed. As we still needed time to prepare the compensation properly, we apologize for the delay. In today's maintenance (May 9th), we have provided the compensation to accounts who were affected by the issues detailed below. Please be advised that the compensation has been provided based on the criteria for each issue, so please read carefully below.
Compensation Details:
- Reforging tools used between May 17, 2017 to March 14, 2019 will be compensated based on the criteria below.
- Compensation has been mailed to the character with the highest total cumulative level on the account, regardless of which character used the reforging tool originally.
- If the inbox of the character exceeds 50 mail, the mail needs to be collected or deleted first before seeing any new mail.
- Accounts that were unaffected will not receive compensation.
- Some Reforging Tool types were not affected by some issues, so they have been excluded from the compensation per issue.
- Commerce Reforging Tool, Fine Reforging Tool (Event), Credne's Reforging Tool (Event), and Reforging Tool will not be compensated.
Please see the below criteria for the issues that will receive compensation:
- Fixed an issue where the Transformation Training EXP and Physis Transformation Duration stats don't appear in all of the common Light Armor reforging.
- Any character who has used an Amazing, Credne's, Fine, or Refined Reforging Tool on an All-races light armor will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used.
- Fixed an issue, so the fishing reforging can be applied to the Life Exploration Fishing Rod and cooking tool reforge can be applied to the Life Exploration Cooking Knife.
- Any character who has used a Credne's, Fine, Refined Reforging Tool or Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on the Life Exploration Fishing Rod or Life
- Exploration Cooking Knife items will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used.
- Fixed the issue where another race's skill reforging can be applied to equipment exclusively for Giants.
- Any character who has used an Amazing, Credne's, Fine, Refined Reforging Tool or Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on the Portia Costume (Female Giants) or Shylock Costume (Male Giants) items will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used if the reforging gave a Human or Elf skill attribute.
- Fixed the missing reforging stat to persist Wind Guard (Wind Guard Duration) on rank 1 gloves for Giants.
- Any character who has used an Amazing, Credne's, Fine, Refined Reforging Tool or Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on a rank 1 reforged giant-only glove will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used.
- Fixed issues involving stats that shouldn't appear from Refined Reforging Tool PLUS are appearing.
- Any character who has used a Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on a rank 1 reforged giant-only shield will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used if the reforging gave a Human or Elf skill attribute.
- Fixed the issue where rank 2 ice elements don't appear on all of the Bow weapons except the Spirit Bow.
- Any character who has used an Amazing, Credne's, Fine, Refined Reforging Tool or Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on a rank 2 reforged bow or crossbow (excluding Spirit Weapons) will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used.
- Fixed an issue regarding unnecessary stats for Human and Giant's Cloth and Heavy Armor Headgear.
- Any character who has used a Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on a rank 3 reforged Human and Giant-only cloth and heavy armor headgear will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used.
- Fixed an issue regarding the Final Shot reforging stat can be applied to a Dark Knight Helm, which Elves cannot equip.
- Any character who has used a Credne's, Fine, or Refined Reforging Tool PLUS on a rank 3 reforged Human and Giant-only Dark Knight Helm item will receive the amount of reforging tools that were used if the reforging gave the Final Shot skill attribute.
