Speaking of server merge, what about . . .

. . . the Mari, Ruari, and Tarlach forums? Will they be merged, into a new one called Nao or will they be archived along side a fresh empty Nao section?

I hope they do not send some threads to the vaults in a merge. At least allow us to keep some old identity on the forums.

I suppose they could keep the old forums but, post merge, shut off "allow new discussions". Over time, all the posts should get closed, and then those subforums become archives slowly without disruption. Maybe that'll work?

Um that's a good question actually. I guess the easiest way to handle that would be to vault all the old threads from the old servers under 3 separate child categories representing each sever within the Nao Server forum. That way we can still view the old threads and create new ones within the new section.
