How do you fill them to get the magic spirit stone?

    Empty aren't the ones you need for making a new ego.

    You need regular Spirit Stone, which you then take to Berched so he turns it into Magical Spirit Stone.

    Empty Spirit Stones are only for cancelling a Spirit Weapon Contract.
