Cannot Progress Memoir/Blaanid Quests
Hi:
I've had this problem for a couple months now, previously my memoir book was completely empty but that was solved in an update. However, I realized I still couldn't progress in my memoir quests. I assumed there'd again be a patch to fix it, and I was busy with real life so didn't play too much. However, I rebirthed recently to make use of Blaanid quests but I still can't progress past "A Place from Her Past."
I can activate the dialogue at Tir Chonaill moon gate.
But when I open the Memoir book, there is still no quest progression.
Weirdly enough, it marks the quest as 50% complete on the main tab, even if I can't complete the rest of the requirements.
Continent warping to Iria does nothing (have tried also using Traveler's Guide to no avail.) So I'm pretty sure it is stuck.

I see their quests above the heads of the relevant NPCs but none of these quests actually display in my Quest-Tab.
Getting all of the screen-shots and stuff needed in order to make a ticket of this is going to take me a while to complete though...
