Support being marginally unhelpful
I got scammed in a drop trade last night (yes, yes, i know..) and contacted support about it. They got back to me today just saying that they can't discuss the issue further with me while they investigate and closed the ticket. Anyone else ever dealt with something like this? I'm probably not gonna see my gold again, am I?

Did you submit any evidence in your ticket? That might help depending on how credible your evidence is.
