Instrument Special Upgrade Rework
Rework special upgrades for instruments:
Blue upgrades = Playing Instrument Effect (up to a maximum of 10)
Each step from 1-5 adds 1, while step 6 adds 2, and step 7 adds 3
Red upgrades = Inspiring Performance Rate (up to a maximum of 7)
Each step from 1-7 adds 1
Obviously, the effects of the special upgrades won't outdo the effects gained from reforges, but as of now special upgrades on instruments are completely useless, and this rework could add a new dimension to gameplay as well as increase the value of blue upgrade stones. At this moment in time, blue upgrade stones are seen as fodder for erg sacrifices.
