Animation Issue with Special Tech Short Suit (M)

What is the issue?:
The Special Tech Chic Short Suit (M) from the current gacha, Tech Chic Box has issues with its idle animation in two parts. 1.) The phone is nowhere to be found for the animation. 2.) The in-game animation doesn't loop correctly: the animation is a lot shorter then what it should be.
What steps must be taken for us to recreate the issue?:
Equip the Special Tech Chic Short Suit (M) on a male character model.
What do you expect to happen instead?:
The in-game animation should be the same as the one advertised in the announcement post where we actually pull out our phone but instead we pull out nothing and talk to our hand. As for the animation length it should last a lot longer then it currently does by shown in the following gifs.
