I wasn't paying attention when speaking to Yela. She gave me a Yela's Empty Water Bottle but I don't know what she wanted me to do, tried talking to her again but it didn't help, nor can I gather from a well or milking cow to fulfill the requirement.

    That's silly that well-gathering doesn't work. XD

    You should also be able to gather water from the restaurant in Emain's dock.
