    Google has failed to cross reference where it's from beyond that.

    Looks like it's called jewelpet. I searched it through Google too, found it on a Flicker page, Googled the anime and it looks about right lol.

    Since today is a holiday I'm assuming probably tomorrow or maybe Wednesday, I think they all had off today.
