    I hate to break it to you, you need 4 radiant strings, those go for ~12mil each because they have an obscenely low drop rate (~0.001%) from end chests of adv hm dungeons only. Even when you get all that a r1 carpenter in a party full of r1 carpentry people on Monday with harvest, rain, and a carpentry boost potion can get at best 86% success. Then the quality is random. I made one for myself when they first came out.
