    Okay, finally found out.

    The heart effect for Freestyle Jam is for Jams started by someone wearing "the Married" title.
    Playing music near someone married, or wearing "the Married" title, isn't enough.

    So all in all there are a lot of effects.

    ----

    Musical Swirl - Default effect, must not fulfill conditions for other effects
    Cherry Petals - Playing near cherry trees.
    Bubble - Playing near crab pets
    Water - Playing near water well, lake, or other water source when not raining
    Electricity - Playing near water well, lake, or other water source when it's raining
    Fire - Playing near a campfire, oven, or other fire source when not raining
    Smoke - Playing near a campfire, oven, or other fire source when it's raining
    Crows - Playing in Tir Chonnail or Taillteann graveyeard during daylight hours (6am ~ 7:59pm?)
    Ghosts - Playing in Tir Chonnail or Taillteann graveyard during nighttime hours (8pm ~ 5:59am?)
    Sparkles - Playing in Festia
    Star Candy Explosion - Playing near summoned Kupa mini-gems
    Hearts - Starting a Freestyle Jam when wearing "the Married" title
    Ice - Playing near an Ice Fishing Hole
    Snow poof - Play in Sidhe Sneachta
    Steam geyser - Play near the steam geysers at the Zardine Hot Springs
    Divine - Play near Avalon Gate, or the Emblem near Nerys in Dunbarton

    Just remember that all effects have a different look depending on your combo count (1~4 and 5+ activate different looks)

    And while not a combo visual effect, if there are at least 3 players using Milky Way Instruments during a jam, everyone will have a small effect around their feet. (though this is overwritten if the spotlight is on you)

    I wonder if that's everything.

    The dev's definitely went all out with this. If they continue putting this much thought in to what they're doing all the new stuff should very interesting indeed.

    This effect was discovered already.

    Star-candy/star candy explosion.

    It's activated by playing near some Kupa mini-gems, even if you aren't the one who summoned them.
