Rush of Love, No Pepper Grilled Marlin in recipes.

In the cook book, since we are now need to use the recipies in the book to cook, there is no pepper grilled marlin needed for rush of love. There is a Grilled Marlin (but it requires salt not pepper, and if you make it, it doesn't count for the quest. You also can't get another striped marlin to finish it. You can bypass it if you fail, but either the dish needs to be updated for the quest, or don't require players to obtain it. I realize it is a small bug, but it is still a bug that should be fixed.
