[FWD] Current HP regens past max HP after login.

After logging in or changing channels, your natural HP regeneration over time starts.
What should happen: HP regeneration should stop when your HP is full.
What happens instead: HP keeps regenerating past your maximum.

A couple of notes.
1 - It is not visible in the UI or stat screen, you will actually have to get hit to test it.
2 - Since it's a bug with natural HP regeneration, the bonus HP you gain is built up slowly (~13 seconds per HP).
3 - The first time you get hit or healed in any way, your HP corrects itself and the bug stops until you relog/cc again. This includes cloud summons!
4 - This doesn't happen if you let yourself regen after getting hit in-game, it only happens after a relog/CC.

As you can see in the gif, I got hit for 360 damage, but went down to 967/1282 HP, so I had 45 extra HP past my max.
If you log in and just wait around, you can build up to 1500 total HP.
