Also can't give Mystic Celtic outfit to my commerce partner... don't know if that's a bug...
The rates aren't completely bad. Separatenly, the chance to get that ONE item you want is miniscule. But combined into a pool., the chance for you to reach said pool is SOMEWHAT reasonable.
I'm kinda bummed to see another armour set featuring absurd stats though, but good luck to those who are after them!
