I sold 70 copy's of my joke book and a month has past.
I hit the royalties on the bulletin board and nothing. =(
says I don't have any to claim.
Anyone idea's as there isn't much info on wiki.
Also, how many do i need to sell to get the quest. again there is not much info online.

After the maintenance I was able to get them.
however is there a quest you can get if you sell so many?

I remember another thread in which a user questioned whether the royalties kick in after maintenance (given its been the full month). Going by what you said, it seems like this may be the case.
There aren't any other quests other than the two guide quests, so no.
