Ok so, I log in, get in the game, a few seconds after being in the game Mabinogi stops responding for a few seconds and closes its self without any pop ups, and it's been happening for the past 2hrs of trying to launch the darn game.

Have you added Mabi (and all the other exe's located in its game folder/subfolders) as an exception to your anti-virus and firewall? If not you first need to start with that. If the problem persists afterwards you will need to provide PC make/model/specs, windows version (7,8,10) etc... before we can possibly help you.

    How do I do that?

Since you didn't specify specific the anti-virus maker I'm going to assume (yes, yes I know) that you have windows builtin A-V. The directions for adding exceptions to it start about a 1/3 of the way down on this page with pictures for reference to help.
