Think burning should be a more useable prospect?
Like burn something valuable get good perks? Scented candles and exp was okay. Instead of litternogi by revamping this underutilized mechanic?(Besides enchants). Like burn a divine equip and get mats,collectable residues to turn in for goodies, etc?
And on another note~ why this is even a thing?

Fragmentation, like Taunt, is a skill used to help train other skills. There is one thing I find annoying about Fragmentation: it's that it distinguishes two identical objects by whether they are bought from an NPC or made by a PC. If bought you can't fragment it but if made you can. I get it that from a game mechanics point of view it prevents harder-to-aquire ingrediants from being easily gotten, but it's an artifical kludge and makes no sense from a game lore point of view.
