How do I gift dresses to nao?

Fantastic memory event gives us nao dresses, but I don't know how to gift it to nao.

    AKA VIP service, wait til your character's birthday when you get taken to the soul stream and Nao gives you the accessory gifts.
    Then in the NPC chat you should have the keyword Gift to Nao and that's how the gifts are given.

    Just save them for when the day comes they give out free service. It happens as a rarity from time to time.
