[EXTENDED] Scheduled Maintenance - October 24th

Mabinogi will have a scheduled maintenance on Thursday, October 24th. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 5:00 AM PDT and last approximately 12 hours.

Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

Thursday, October 24th
Pacific (PDT, UTC-7): 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Eastern (EDT, UTC-4): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Paris (CEST, UTC+2): 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM


To address the following:

  • Weekly server upkeep.
  • Windows Update.
  • We will be fixing the characters affected by the Quest and Login issues from Alexina Channel 4.
  • The free 1-week trial of VIP is ending.
  • VIP/Premium will be coming back to the cash shop!
  • The Shopkeeper's Sale for the Extra Equipment Slot Coupon is ending.
  • The Music Attendance Check Event is ending.
  • Processing of requested name changes. Note: The Name Change submission site will be unavailable after 7:00 AM PDT time, and will be available after the maintenance.

    also noticed the Essential Erinn Pack that gives a bone dragon and nimbus pet and 30 days VIP is still in the shop. does this pet package item still work and will it work with the new updated VIP.

    It could very well be because of the Windows Update as suggested but also it might be related to the free week of VIP, with expiring guilds, unresolved guild applications, and name change issues.
