Hotkey Problems

I ve set my options to H for HP and it doesn t work. Neither does my Page Up Page Down for rotating my homestead stuff around. Other hot keys are working Fine. I ve taken the H out and put it make a bunch of times still doesn t work

    I am also having this issue. Also when I put a stack of potions in a hotkey slot it turns into a ? icon and tells me I don't have any available potions, even though I have a full bag of them.
