    They did buff elven archer. The new race active buffs actually made Elven Archer best DPS in game and possibly hax amazing.

    The new elven buff that KR has gives them the ability to aim 100% regardless of condition and gives them an aim speed buff. That aim speed buff is pretty much high enough to hit 100% right after loading the skill. If you choose to stack the buff with Final Shot you get what is essentially instant magnums with 100% aim rate.
