[NAB] Game Freezes During start up

Hi, there is some movie that plays when I start the game and then it just freezes. The screen becomes black. I tried skipping the movie, but it won't work.
I think the movie was from saga; I already forfeited the mission days ago. Is there a way to stop the movie from playing, because the games freezes entirely?
