Based on your HP/MP/Stam values, I'm going to guess your stats are not super developed yet.

On a more serious note, PvP does have some level of strategy and skill involved. It isn't the best or most fun system but it's there.

Be it a emote of your choice, making them swing a weapon, or even pretending to drop dead on summon.
