Us alexina people remain untouched but atleast they say populations will be similar. Just sayin' even though the chance of something going wrong is probably low, probably have a record of stuff you have before then, just in case.
I acutally like the suggestion of a poison resistance skill that alexa mentioned. Could have the training requirements be getting poisoned and curing poison, and then have it give a passive chance to decrease getting poisoned, and if possible decrease damage over time from poison.
I've seen some people posting some videos and articles but we don't really have a big thread on it. Though I guess is not really necessary, I figure why not have a thread about it.
It's called the "Protecting Children From Abusive Games Act" An act proposed by Senator Josh Hawley to ban lootboxes and pay to win mechanics in games. On his twitter he has a video in which he explains what he means by lootboxes or P2W:
"A loot box is where, in the midst of a game, the person who is playing the game, a child in this case, can pay additional money in order to get certain advantages within the game. It's sort of a hidden fee. These are games that are usually free, or purport to be free, but then in the midst of the game, the companies say, "Well, listen. If you'll give us some money now, We'll give you some advantages in the game." and the point is to get the kids to keep playing, and to aslo to be spending their parents money. So, the companies get two things out of it: They get more money and they get the kids addicted to the game. This needs to stop. They need to be upfront about what their games are actually doing, and they need to stop practices that intentionally exploit children."
(As a warning for anyone that may care about it, as he is a politician you will of course find other political issues on his twitter and such, and people bringing other polticial issues into anything he may say about it.)
So for the new G theres a part on it where you have to collect hot chocolate and s'mores. While lazy people can go and pay the absurd price that you may find in the auction house, noobs may be thinking that it's the only way to get it for themselves. While I don't condemn taking advantage of increased demand of a product, and of people who don't educate themselves, I do still want to put this up here for the newer players who may lurk on the forums.
Chocolate, Steamed milk, and whipped cream. All things you can buy from NPC.
But say you don't have the rank for cooking it, or just don't want to. You can buy from wanst in vales, as said in the page above.
S'mores is a bit harder.
You need marshmallow and chocolate chip cookie. The cookie you can buy from fraser in emain macha.
For marshmallow you need sugar, gelatin and water. Sugar can be bought from most cooking npcs. Water can be gathered by using the well near glenis in dunbarton.
Gelatin you need ingredient hunting for. Now they have free ace rebirth. Just rebirth into culinary artist and you'd get it. Then just go into missions and start training some skills. You will eventually find it, while ranking the skill. Smore
